Jane Rassias, our founder and CEO, is the master chef behind our products. She studied at the Culinary Institute of America and has worked for the top catering companies in NYC. While catering a party, she forgot to make her authentic Kalamata Olive Tapenade and was running out of time. She went to numerous stores all around NYC looking for a pre-made tapenade and nothing came close to her authentic recipe... and that’s when Kyria Brand was born.
